Salary, bonuses and other perks most often stimulate for a while and have a short-term effect. But creative tasks and interesting challenges inspire in themselves by overcoming difficulties and the opportunity to learn something new.

This is confirmed by the VTsIOM study : money motivates only 44% of respondents, while other people are primarily interested in normal working conditions, working with new tools and learning professional skills. We have prepared advice for both employees and managers that will help maintain a high level of motivation at work.

For an employee: how to motivate yourself
Set achievable goals. Divide big tasks into small ones and keep up with the times. Periodically check your list of goals, delete irrelevant ones and add fresh ones. Remember that there are no superheroes, and failures happen to everyone.
Reward yourself for success. Come up with a reward social media marketing service system or try to turn tasks into a game. For example, if you passed the first level, give yourself a small gift; if you beat the task, fulfill any of your dreams.
